So no better way to spend my telework lunch break than to ride a quick 39 minute 4 mile loop in Swansea. Trail conditions were real nice considering the leaf cover, only a couple of hitchhiker sticks. Ran into a helmet-less couple playing around on the mega-seesaw. I just missed seeing the boy donor "attempting" to clear the seesaw. We chatted for a bit, I suggested some places to ride as requested.
Tidbits: wear a helmet, they don't protect your whole head, just most of it.
